Science Fashion and A Giveaway! Fraggles and Friggles

Hi Friends!

Hope you are all doing well! I can’t believe it is already Mid-November! This year has literally  flown by, and now we are in the holiday season, with only a few days left until American Thanksgiving, and then Christmas holidays are upon us!

Not sure what to get your family and friends this season? How about a fun science printed t-shirt? Affordable, cute, and will get all the laughs and comments, especially if your family and friends love science!

I wanted to share with you some photos I took from a recent photoshoot for these science t-shirts I received from Fraggles and Frigglesa really cute Science Apparel Shop run by Elizabeth, who has her Masters degree in Microbiology and Emerging Infectious Diseases. All of her products are hand printed, and how awesome to support a fellow woman in science who wants to spread the love of science!

I love both of these shirts, one is the molecular structure of Oxytocina hormone produced in the brain and attributes to feelings of love and happiness!

The other shirt is a Mitochondrial Cell Biology shirt that was a hit with all my friends and my instagram followers! *Shake what your momma gave you* – if you didn’t know, you receive all of your mitochondria at birth from your mom, so … there’s the joke 😀

I wanted to offer you guys a treat – I’ve teamed up with Fraggles and Friggles to giveaway a shirt of your choosing from their shop – perfect for the holidays and to wear to holiday parties!  Keep scrolling to the bottom of this post to find out how to enter!

Be sure to enter the giveaway using this rafflecopter widget, contest opens today, 11/13/17 and will close in exactly one week (11/20/17), and we will announce a winner shortly after as soon as we verify all the entries 🙂

How beautiful you look with your Fraggles and Friggles T-shirts, dear Andrea! I loved the SM sandals, too and congrats for no more wasted commuting time! I am loving that you have more posts lately! I am in the midst of the scientific process, too – in another area, I guess you know 🙂 Soooo much work, I always think of you 🙂 I managed to organize my schedule, hopefully I stick to that 🙂 You are so right, it’s so good to support girls in science, and I hope F & F is very successful! Many hugs and I hope you have a lovely week!
